复方杜仲叶提取液对大鼠血脂的调节作用实验研究

Experimental Study on Regulation Action of Compound Eucommiae (Leave) Extract Solution on Rat Blood-fat

目的 :研究复方杜仲叶提取液对大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL C的调节作用。方法 :用高脂饲料致高血脂复制高血脂模型 ,测定复方杜仲叶提取液对大鼠血清TC、TG、HDL C和高血脂水平的影响。结果 :复方杜仲叶提取液对血清TC、TG均有明显降低 ,对血清HDL C有一定程度升高。结论 :复方杜仲叶提取液具有一定的调节血脂作用。

Objective:To study the regulation action of compound Eucommiae(leave) Extract Solution on TC, TG and HDL C of rat serum. Methods:The hyperlipemia model was established with high fat feed. Then the influences of compound Eucommiae(leave) Extract Solution on TC, TG, HDL C and hyperlipemia level of rat serum were determined. Results:Compound Eucommiae(leave) Extract Solution could obviously decrease TC and TG levels of serum, and raise HDL C level of serum to a certain extent. Conclusion:Compound Eucommiae(leave) Extract Solutin has a certain regulation action on blood fat.
