摘要
通过模板法制备的一维金属氧化物纳米结构在材料科学领域具有潜在的应用前景。以醋酸锰为前驱体,利用多孔阳极氧化铝膜(anodic aluminum oxide,AAO)为模板,通过溶胶—凝胶法成功制备出Mn3O4纳米线阵列。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析技术等手段分析合成条件与产物的结构、形貌之间的关系。结果表明,所得产物为四方尖晶石结构,纳米线直径约80 nm,长度约几微米。通过测试产物的磁滞回线,发现其在常温下呈顺磁性。
One-dimensional metal oxide nanostructures via template-based synthetic technology have shown great practical applications in materials. In this work, Mn3Oananowires were successfully pre- pared by sol-gel method from Mn (Ac)2 precursors using porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template. The interrelation between the preparative conditions and the phase and morphology of the products were investigated by means of various analytical techniques, such as X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and thermal gravimetric analysis. The uniform nanowires have lengths up to about several micrometers and width about 80 nm with spinel structure. The magnetic property of Mn3O4 nanowires was also studied by measuring the hysteresis loop, which showed that the nanowires arrays are paramagnetie.
