按照基本建设程序,对工程项目投资决策、设计、招投标、施工及竣工结算阶段等的实施与管理的不同要求,寻找各阶段造价管理的特点和规律,并将研究成果应用于工程案例,通过系统地对工程造价全过程的分析研究,探索工程建设项目造价控制的有效途径和方法,为工程项目造价管理水平的提高提供理论依据。

According to basic construction procedure, the paper analyzes the implementation and management of engineering at the investment decision phase, design phase, bidding phase, construction, and completion phase and so on, seeks the characteristics and law of cost management at various phases, and applies research achievements into practical engineering. Through systematically analyzing whole process of engineering cost, it explores effective ways and methods of cost control of engineering construction project ; which has provided theoretical basis for improving engineering project cost management level.
