Taking the waste heat power generation of rotary kiln program as the example, the paper analyzes the features and influential factors of the overseas EPC program risks in Chinese enterprises, introduces the methods to identify the risks, and points out the suggestions for the risk control measures in Chinese enterprises, so as to reduce the enterprise risks to the minimum or control them within certain scope.
