用胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗老年室性心律失常的临床研究

目的:观察并探讨用胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗老年室性心律失常的临床效果。方法:对2008年2月～2011年3月期间我院收治的175例老年室性心律失常患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。我们将这175例老年室性心律失常患者随机分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组有患者88例,实验组有患者87例。对照组患者单独使用胺碘酮进行治疗。胺碘酮的用法为:在用药的第一周每天服用600mg,在用药的第二周每天服用200mg,此后改为每天服用100mg。实验组患者在使用胺碘酮治疗(用法与对照组患者相同)的基础上,加用稳心颗粒进行治疗。稳心颗粒的用法为:每天服3次,每次服9g。两组患者的疗程均为1个月。治疗结束后,对这两组患者治疗的总有效率以及他们的心率、PR间期进行比较。结果:实验组患者治疗的总有效率明显优于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(p<0.05)。在治疗前,两组患者的心率及PR间期无显著差异(p>0.05)。在治疗后,实验组患者的心率及PR间期均明显优于对照组患者,差异具有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:用胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗老年室性心律失常效果显著,能够有效地降低室性心律失常的发生率,具有临床使用价值。

Objective：To observe and evaluate the effect of amiodarone and Wenxin Granule in the treatment of senile arrhythmia clinical effect. Methods： in our hospital from 2008February -201 1 March were aged patients with ventricular arrhythmias in 175 patients, randomly divided into two groups,including88 cases of the control group, the treatment with amiodarone alone, the first week of the doses of 600mg/D,200mg/D for second weeks, then changed to 100mg/D;experimental group 87 cases, in the control group treated with Wenxin Granule in treating,gg/time,3 times a day,the course of treatment wasl months; after the end of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients the total efficiency, heart rate and PR interval. Results： the experimental group patients clinical treatment of total efficiency is obviously superior to the control group,the difference between groups was significant （P〈0.05）;two group patients before heart rate and PR interval between two groups had no significant difference （ P〉0.05）;the experimental group patients after heart rate and PR interval were significantly better than the control group,group marked difference （P〈0.05）..conclusion：Amiodarone and Wenxin Granule in the treatment of senile ventricular arrhythmia clinical effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias,with great clinical application value.
