摘要
目的:探讨双额叶脑挫裂伤的临床治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析赣县人民医院近3年来收治的26例双额叶脑挫裂伤患者的临床资料。结果:按GOS预后进行评分,恢复良好者为17例,轻残5例,重残及死亡4例。结论:双额叶脑挫裂伤病情复杂多变,应密切观察患者的病情,结合动态头颅CT复查。早期积极的手术治疗可有效提高患者的救治率。
Objective：To investigate the clinical treatment strategies for dual-frontal cerebral contusion.Methods：A retrospective clinical data of Gan County People＇s Hospital,admitted in the past three years 26 cases of double frontal brain contusion patients. Results： of prognosis according to the GOS score,17 cases of good recovery.five cases of mild disability, severe disability and death of four cases.
