摘要
目的 :建立测定清热解毒液中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法 :YWG- C1 8(10μm,4.6 m m× 15 0 mm )色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇∶ p H3.2的 0 .13mol/ L Na H2 PO4缓冲液 (2 5∶ 75 ) ,检测波长为 32 6 nm。结果 :回归方程 Y=0 .36 7× 10 - 7X+0 .0 0 6 6 ,r=0 .9997,线性范围在 0 .12 9~ 1.2 9m g/ ml。结论 :此方法提取简单 。
AIM: To establish high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of chlorogenic acid in oral liquid. METHODS: HPLC method was used with YWG C 18 (10 μm, 4 6 mm×150 mm), the mobile phase was methanol 0 13 mol/L NaH 2PO 4 (pH 3 2) (25∶75). Detection wavelenth was 326 nm. RESULTS: The linear range was 0 129-1 29 mg/ml. The standard curve equation was Y =0 367×10 -7 X +0 006 6, and the relevant coefficient was 0 999 7. CONCLUSION: It was decided sample volume injected on determination of chlorogenic acid. The method is accurate, rapid and reproducible and can be used for the quality study of qingrejiedu oral liquid.
