康惠尔水胶体敷料透明贴预防压疮的临床效果观察

目的:观察康惠尔水胶体敷料用于压疮预防的临床效果。方法:将100例卧床病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组50人采用常规护理加康惠尔水胶体透明贴,对照组50人只采用常规护理,比较两组15天的压疮发生率。结果:观察组压疮预防有效率100%,显著高于对照组(χ2=5.53,P<0.05)。结论:康惠尔水胶体透明贴用于压疮预防效果明显,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of ComfeelPlus Transparent Dressing used for pressure ulcer prevention. Method： 100 cases of bedridden patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 50 patients in observation group received the routine nursing care besides ComfeelPlus Transparent Dressing treatment. While 50 patients in control group were treated only by routine nursing. The pressure ulcer incidence rate of two groups were observed for15 days. Result：Pressure ulcer prevention effective rate of the observation group reaches 100%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （x2 =5.53 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ComfeelPlus Transparent Dressing has remarkable effect for pressure ulcer prevention and is worthy of clinical widely application.
