C反应蛋白检测在小儿肺炎鉴别诊断中的应用

目的:探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在小儿肺炎鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析138例小儿肺炎患者CRP检测结果,并与40例健康儿童作对比。结果:各类小儿肺炎CRP均明显高于健康对照组,小儿细菌性肺炎CRP明显高于其它类别肺炎,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CRP检测在鉴别小儿肺炎,指导临床用药和预后判断中有一定价值。

Objective; To investigate the C-reactive protein （CRP） test in the differential diagnosis of pneumonia in children in the application. Methods： A retrospective analysis in our hospital 138 cases of pediatric patients with pneumoniaCRP test results, and compared with 40 healthy children, CRP test results for comparative analysis. Results： The various types of CRP in children with pneumonia were significantly higher than the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, CRP in children with bacterial pneumonia was significantly higher than other types of pneumonia, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： CRP testing in clinical identification of children with pneumonia, clinical treatment and prognosis have a certain value.
