心血管系统病人发生跌倒与坠床原因分析与护理措施

目的:探讨如何预防和减少跌倒和坠床事件发生。方法:通过对跌倒与坠床事件发生的原因进行分析,提出相应的对策。结果:近1年来发生跌倒与坠床事故4例,跌倒后分别致股骨颈骨折1例,皮肤擦伤1例,血压下降2例。结论:预防和减少跌倒和坠床事件发生不仅需要护理人员严谨的工作态度,也需要医护之间良好的沟通,以及患者及家属的配合。

Objective ： This paper discusses how to prevent and reduce falls and a bed events. Methods：By nearly a year to stumble and fall bed the cause of the event were retrospectively analyzed, the corresponding nursing countermeasures. The results in nearly a year, I happened to fall a bed accident 4 cases, after the fall of respectively： femoral neck fracture in 1, and skin abrasions in 1, blood pressure drops in 2 cases. Conclusion：Prevent and reduce fall and fall happened not only need to bed nursing staff the rigorous work attitude, also need medical between good communication and cooperation, and the patient and family actively cooperate.
