上海地区地下工程建设标准的编制及其体系是与上海地下工程建设的历史和特征密不可分的。通过调查和分析了目前上海地区适用的地下工程相关技术标准的现状及特点,探讨了目前上海地区地下工程建设标准体系及地下工程通用标准和专用标准编写中存在的若干问题,结合目前上海地区的工程实践对地下工程标准体系提出了进一步完善的建议,包括明确地下工程的范畴与分类、调整地下工程规范框架体系、新编上海地区地下工程建设通用标准、调整和统一地下工程专用标准的编写模式、增加民用地下工程相关技术标准等。

The situation and characteristics of the construction standards for the underground engineering in Shanghai Area are analyzed. Then, the current situation in the construction standard system of underground engineering in Shanghai Area is discussed. Considering the rich construction experience in this area in recent years, the suggestions of the construction standard system of underground engineering are proposed, such as, defining the scope and classification of underground engineering, editing a general standard of underground engineering construction, adjusting and uniting the compiling model of special standard and adding the special standard of civil underground engineering, etc.
