盾构公路隧道结构性能检测评估指标及应用研究

Applied Research of Index of the Investigation and Evaluation of the Serviceability of the Road Shield Tunnel

就评价运营城市盾构公路隧道结构的整体功能性,安全性能和耐久性能的指标体系进行了研究,并提出了获得上述指标的运营盾构隧道结构检测方案的"三步法"和基于隧道结构纵向长期变形、营运隧道先验信息及踏勘结果的修正的隧道结构检测区段划分方法。最后以服役近40年的我国第一条越江隧道上海打浦路隧道为例,采用上述方法对表征该隧道结构当前性能的整体功能性、安全性和耐久性指标进行了检测并给出部分检测结果。结果表明,文中给出的指标体系基本能够反映运营盾构隧道结构的服役性能状态,采用文中提出的检测方案可准确的获得上述指标,从而对运营盾构隧道结构的服役性能现状做出有效判定。

The research of index systems of serviceability, safety and durability for the existing road shield tunnel has been implemented. And the inspection outline i three step method ＇ is put forward for obtaining the index systems. The modified method of inspection section partition is presented based on the longitudinal long-term settlement on mechanical performance of tunnel structure, the existing information and field exploration. In the end a tunnel in soft ground as first crossing river tunnel in China, running for about 40 years is given as a case for practical application inspection. The inspection results indicated that the index systems can reflect the structure performance of the tunnel and by the inspection outlines the index systems can be obtained exactly to give effective judgement of serviceability of existing shield tunnel.
