超低位局部进展期直肠癌

病例报告
患者女性，31岁，未孕。主诉：排粪习惯改变半年余。现病史：患者半年前出现排粪次数增多，每日3次．每次200-300g．不成形：粪便偶见混有暗红色血．出血量5．10ml／次。无腹痛、腹胀、头晕、恶心，无厌食、消瘦等不适。白认为“痔”而对症治疗无好转。故于2010年5月17日来我院就诊并被收入院。患者既往体健．否认家族遗传病史。
