摘要 适应市场需要 ,转变死守凤香型酒的老观念 ,开发凤兼浓香型和凤浓酱香型西凤酒 ,自主经营和买断经营相结合 ,使西凤酒重获生机。 To meet the requirements of the market and advance the development of Xifeng Liquor,the following methods were practised.1.Converting the traditional ideas of producing Xifeng-flavour liquor only.2.Developing new products like Xifeng-Luzhou flavour combined liquor and Xifeng-Luzhou-Maotai flavour combined liquor.3.Combining self-management and monopolize-management.
