妊娠合并肺栓塞诊治分析 被引量：4

摘要 肺栓塞是体静脉或右心系统栓子脱落随血液漂流，阻塞肺动脉或其分支而引起肺循环障碍的临床综合征。妊娠合并肺栓塞临床上不多见，却是孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一。宁波市第一医院自1997年以来收治妊娠合并肺栓塞患者5例，回顾性分析其临床表现、辅助检查、诊断及治疗，并参考有关文献，旨在提高诊治水平。
