Orientation is the common way in the mechanical machining and part assembling,and the orientation precision is the important target for ensuring the qualities of machining and assembling.To processing reasonable orientation precision design can promote the holistic level of mechanical products.This paper introduces the orientation precision design of pin based on theoretical probabilistic principle and method by passing through the process of the orientation precision design of pin of the engineering example,and obtains the design conclusion that answers for the engineering facts and the design needs.
