星状神经节阻滞结合超短波、关节松动术治疗颈性眩晕症的疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 颈性眩晕症（cervical vertigo，cv）属于椎动脉颈椎病的范畴，由颈背部软组织病变或颈椎骨关节性病变而引起的眩晕，叫颈性眩晕症。其特点是发作性眩晕，并与颈部活动密切相关，多由颈椎退变，稳定性降低或颈交感神经激惹受刺激所引起，可伴有头痛、耳鸣、眼花、记忆力减退、声音嘶哑、视物不清、听力减退等症状。临床上对该症治疗比较棘手，
