子宫肌壁间妊娠药物及手术治疗各1例 被引量：6

摘要 例1，患者，19岁，G5P0。因人工流产术后50天，腹痛10天于2011年4月7日入院。患者人工流产5次，平素月经规律，末次月经：2011年2月25日。患者50天前于外院行人工流产术，术后月经未来潮，有性交史，10天前感下腹痛，自测尿HCG阳性，外院B超检查疑子宫肌壁间妊娠。患者人院时一般情况尚可，查体心肺听诊无特殊，腹平软，无压痛及反跳痛。
