配体依赖过氧化物酶体增殖活化受体γ通路在类风湿关节炎发病中的作用

摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖活化受体(pemxisome proliferator-ac-tivated receptors,PPAR)γ是配体依赖核转录因子超家族成员,是调控细胞及组织代谢的关键因子,参与脂肪细胞形成、分化,维持脂质代谢、血糖平衡,并参与调控细胞增生、分化、凋亡和炎症反应,在炎症和免疫反应中发挥重要作用,与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高血压、2型糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、炎症性疾病等密切相关。近年研究表明配体依赖PPARγ通路亦参与调控类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)滑膜炎及关节骨破坏这两个关键的致病环节,本文对此进行综述。
