成人斯蒂尔病继发巨噬细胞活化综合征一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，29岁。主因“皮疹4个月，加重伴发热、关节痛1个月”入院。4个月前因强烈精神刺激后出现双手表皮剥脱，1个月前颜面部、四肢及胸背部荨麻疹样皮疹，后出现发热、咽痛，抗感染治疗无好转。既往体健。入院查体及辅助检查：全身皮肤黏膜可见片状荨麻疹样皮疹，全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大，咽部充血，肝脾肋下未触及，双下肢轻度水肿，双膝浮髌试验阳性。
