摘要
减负中家族类似概念的出现,使"过重课业负担"概念具有了更强的复杂性。本文以此为切入点,分析了家族类似概念对减负工作和实践带来的某些好处,也阐明了其局限性。本文着重揭示了过重课业负担的五个基本特征,以阐明这一问题所具有的特定性。过重课业负担问题涉及内外两方面的源头,目前都不易解决;但也要有实质性的措施和方法如经济手段或法治手段来推进,并且在宏观、中观和微观层面,有整体设计的路径或步骤及其责任制,才能有效改进和解决该问题。
The Family Similar concepts appeared during the works lightening "overload from lessons" make the latter too compli- cated to be understood. This article, starting from this point, has analyzed both advantages and limitations for using Family Similar Concepts to understand or deal with the overload from lessons Then the article focuses on revealing the five characteristics of the over- load from lessons in order to explain the specificity of it. The overload from lessons involves inside and outside resources and they are not easy to resolve for the moment. But, if it is needed to push on the work or practice lightening the overload from lessons, some key measures and methods such as economic and legal means must be adopted; and it also need overall design on path or procedure with corresponding responsibility to get effective improvement and resolution.
