摘要 通过定性和定量分析发现:新老数学教师在教学设计特别是问题情境设计、提问设计、例题设计中存在明显差异。这些差异表明新老数学教师在教学上,都有各自的优缺点。通过给予具体建议,希望能促进教师教学,提高教学效率。 Through qualitative and quantitative analyses, we found that there exist significant differences between novice and expe-rienced teachers in teaching design, especially in the design of situation, questions and demonstrations. The differences illustrate that they both have their own strengths and weaknesses in teaching. With some concrete suggestions proposed in this paper, it is expected to improve teachers' teaching and efficiency.
