丙烯酸钠与醋酸乙烯酯共聚生产高强度高吸水性树脂

摘要 采用反相悬浮聚合法合成交联聚丙烯酸钠与醋酸乙烯酯的共聚高强度高吸水性树脂 .具体研究了丙烯酸浓度、醋酸乙烯酯浓度、中和度、引发剂及交联剂用量对树脂性能的影响 ,制得的树脂较一般高吸水性树脂强度高 ,吸水量可达树脂质量的 70 0~ 1 0 0 0倍 . The super intensive & super absorbent crosslinking resin was polymerized by means of counter emulsion polymerization of acrylic acid sodium and vinyl acetic ester. The effects of degree of neutralization, concentrations of vinyl acetic ester and acrylic acid, amount of iniator and crosslinking agent on property of the resin were studied in the paper. The absorption water amount for the resin, which is more intensive than usual super absorbent resin, is 700~1000 times as heavy as the original resin.
