机制创新视阈下高职院校学习型党组织创建探析

An Analysis of Creating Learning Party Organizations in Vocational Colleges under the Mechanism Innovation Visual Angle

把各级党组织建设成为学习型党组织,是建设马克思主义学习型政党的基础工程,高职院校作为中国特色社会主义文化建设的重要阵地之一,在建设学习型党组织的活动中承担着示范带头、引领潮流的历史责任。高职院校建设学习型党组织需要从强化学习动力机制、健全学习促学机制、革新学习实践机制、构建学习长效机制四个方面进行探索。

It is the basic project of building Marxism learning party to build Party organizations at all levels to be- come a learning party. Vocational colleges as one of the important position in the socialism cultural construction with Chinese characteristics, takes on the historical responsibility of leading the way and the trend. Building a learning party organizations in Vocational colleges should explore from the following four aspects, such as strengthening motivation for learning mechanisms, and improving studying and promoting learning mechanism, in- novating learning and the practical mechanisms, constructin~ the lonz-term learnin~ mechanism.
