Youngor, a listed garment company who touched upon two 'fictitious economy' namely real estate and financial investment, used to stride forward with the strategy of diversity, now decided to return to real economy due to the freeze of the two fictitious economy wagons. According to the financial report last year, with its double industrial structure, which is real economy plus fictitious economy, only garment industry realized slight increase. Real estate, which is expected to bring high profit, experienced a shrinkage of sales of 46.94%. The profit of financial investment decreased 60.90% compared to that of last year. What are the causes behind? Unproper strategy? Lack awareness of risks or unfavorable outside environment? Even when the focus returns to the garment industry, how and what Li Rucheng, head of this company should think and react facing the economic downturn?
