工业化住宅建筑中家居智能化建设要求探索

Requirements for Household Intelligent in Industrialized Residential Buildings

近年来,随着工业化住宅建筑模式的推广应用和住户对房屋品质要求的提高,与之配套的智能化建设需求量日益增加,如果在初期不加以合理引导和有效控制,将可能对走新型工业化住宅建设道路造成巨大的障碍和资源浪费。本文以工业化住宅建筑的套内智能化建设内容为重点,参考《居住小区智能化系统建设要点与技术导则》(2002年修订稿)中的小区星级划分标准,提出套内智能化星级模式,要求以实用、设置的合理性、性价比最优为建设原则,从设计范围和深度、施工注意事项、有效评价集成商等几个环节出发,有针对性地提出一些建设性意见供参考。

In recent years, with the promotion and application of industrialized house buildings as well as the quality requirements from households, large amount of intelligent buildings need to be built. If it is not reasonably conducted in the beginning stage and effectively controlled, industrialized house buildings may cause obstacles and waste of resources. The present paper focuses on the main construction points for industrialization house buildings in room intelligence. After making a reference to community star division standard （ Construction points and Technology Guide of Community Intellectualization System, 2002 amendment draft ） , the star mode, design range and depth, construction principles as well as the selection of the integration
