防火耐水型桉树复合板材生产工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以桉树木片为主要原料 ,采用型模浇注工艺生产防火耐水型木基复合板材 ,探讨了木灰比、水灰比、树脂、外加剂、耐水剂、着色剂及养护条件对板材性能的影响。结果表明 :水灰比和木灰比对板的成型性能及板材力学性能影响显著 ;添加适量树脂、外加剂和耐水剂能有效地改善板材的性能 ;充足的水分和碱性养护条件有利于提高板材的最终强度。木灰比 0 .3;水灰比 0 .35 ;树脂、水泥外加剂和耐水剂的用量分别为水泥重量的 5 %~ 1 0 %、0 .4%~0 .5 %和 1 .5 %为适宜工艺配方。复合板的表面硬度、耐磨性、防火性、抗腐性和耐水性显著地优于普通实木地板材料 ,可用于中档地板和墙裙等装修材料。 In this paper, Eucalyptus chips were used as main raw materials for the manufacture of fire proof and water resistant wood based composite board by moulding process. Effects of the ratios of wood chip to cement (W/C), water to cement (M/C) and adhesive, annexing agent, water resistant agent, dying agent and curing conditions on properties of the board were examined respectively. The results as follows: (1)The appropriate parameters were W/C=0.3, M/C =0.35, and the consumption of adhesive, annexing agent and water resistant agent were 5%~10%, 0.45% ~0.5% and 1.5% of cement weight respectively; (2) W/C ratio not only had great influence of board formation, but also the mechanical properties of the board; (3) board properties could be improved significantly by adding adhesive, annexing agent and water resistant agent and curing under alkaline conditions with sufficient water; (4) main properties of the board, such as surface hardness and resistance to abrasion, fire, decay and water exceeded normal solid wood flooring markedly. It is suitable as the materials of flooring and wall skirt.
