In the first quarter of 2012, international oil price continuously rose with fluctuation and stood at a new price level. The article analyzes the factors influencing the development trends of international oil price in the first quarter as well as their characteristics. Synthesizing every main factor influencing international oil price in tne second quarter, it forecasts its possible development trends.
