主要对啤酒中的色度来源,影响啤酒色度的多种因素,原料组成,糖化工艺,添加酒花和发酵工艺,包装工艺对啤酒色度的影响进行探讨。
This paper mainly probed into the source of the chroma of beers and the influence of affecting factors including the ingredients of raw material, the technology of saccharification,hops adding,fermentation and packing on the chroma of beers.
