两种尿道内切开方法治疗男性尿道狭窄疗效比较

摘要 目的比较分析经尿道钬激光与经尿道冷刀内切开两种方法治疗男性尿道狭窄的疗效。方法分析28例钬激光治疗患者(A组)与25例冷刀内切开治疗患者(B组)的临床资料。结果随访1～5a,A组的尿道狭窄复发率、再次手术率低于B组(P<0.05),A组的术后最大尿流率大于B组(P<0.05),但两组在手术时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经尿道钬激光治疗男性尿道狭窄创伤小、并发症少、安全有效,比冷刀内切开疗效佳。
