我国保障性住房建设取得实质性进展的同时,也存在着法制建设滞后、结构性失衡、配套设施不足、绩效考核及监督系统缺位等问题,需要采取有针对性的对策,才能推进和完善我国保障性住房建设的发展。

The Article describes the status quo on construction of indemnificatory housing, summarizes the existing problems including lagging legislation, policy fragmentation, structural unbalance, performance evaluation lacking and so on although it has made the great achievements, and tries to put forward the relative advices and solutions further, so as to promote and improve the heath development of indemnificatory housing.
