摘要
本文以自动控制类科技查新为例，从查新委托方与受委托方，免费资源的利用方面对影响其查新质量的主要因素进行了分析，提出了建立学科馆员体系、强化查新流程细节、充分利用网络免费资源的建议，以提高查新质量。参考文献4。
The paper, taking sci - tech novelty in Automatic Control as an example, analyzed the influential factors of sci - tech novelty from the aspects of novelty entrusting party, entrusted party and free utihzation of re- sources, and thereby put forward suggestions on establishing subject librarian system, strengthening the details of sci - tech novelty process, and taking full advantage of the free resources of network so as to improve the quality of sci - tech novelty. 4 Refs.
