非创伤性股骨头坏死临床治疗研究 被引量：3

摘要 非创伤性股骨头坏死是由于股骨头血流受阻断而引起的疾病,又称股骨头缺血性坏死或股骨头无菌性坏死.与创伤性股骨头坏死相比,该病有一个显著特点,即病变并不仅仅局限在股骨头,往往是全身性疾病的局部表现,或者是全身骨坏死的一部分.相对于其它部位的骨坏死而言,股骨头坏死最常见、对人类危害最大.该病常发生于30～50岁的中青年,由于激素的日益广泛应用以及酗酒人群的不断增加等因素,发病率呈明显上升趋势,目前已成为骨科临床常见的中青年髋关节疾病.
