摘要
目的观察微创与传统手术对高血压性脑出血的肾素血管紧张素系统的影响作用,以明确哪种方法对高血压脑出血术后恢复效果更佳。方法 78例高血压性脑出血患者随机分成2组,微创组41例,传统手术组37例,均于手术后第3天进行肾素血管紧张素系统相关指标检查,对比2组疗效。结果微创组术后第3天肾素、血管肾张素Ⅱ、醛固酮分泌均较传统对照组少。结论微创手术创伤及术中出血少,患者适应性强,术后血压调节系统肾素-血管肾张素-醛固酮系统恢复也较快。
Objective To observate the influence of minimally invasive and traditional surgery in hypertensive intrac- erebral hemorrhage renin-angiotensin system,and to clarify which method of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage better post- operative recovery. Methods 78 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups: mini- mally invasive group 41 cases and traditional surgery group 37 cases,on the third day after surgery-related indicators renin-an- giotensin system checks, compared two treatment groups. Results On the third day RAAS system relevant indicators of mini- mally invasive group was less than the traditional control group. Conclusion Surgical trauma and blood loss of minimally inva- sive was less, patient adaptability, recovery of postoperative blood pressure control system RAAS system was faster.
