祛风温阳通络法为主治疗系统性红斑狼疮32例

32 Cases of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Mainly Treated by Wind expelling, Yang warming and Collateral dredging Therapy

观察丁济南先生验方 (祛风温阳通络法 )为主治疗系统性红斑狼疮 32例的疗效 ,并结合针灸取穴疗法 ,6个月为一疗程。结果 :显效 1 7例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 6例 ,总有效率为 82 3%。肾功能指标BUN及IgG、CH5 0 、C3等均有改善 ,提示该验方有较好的疗效。

The therapeutic effects of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)in 32 cases treated by Mr.Ding Jinans empirical formula (prepared on wind expelling,yang warming and collateral dredging method)complementary with acupuncture were observed.Six months made up one course of treatment.Results showed marked effect in 17 cases,effectiveness in 9 cases and failure in 6 cases,the total effective rate being 82 3%;indexes of renal function(including BUN,IgG,CH 50 ,L 3,CIC)improved,indicating that the formula had better effects.
