“妊高冲剂”为主治疗胎儿宫内生长迟缓疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Intrauterine Growth Retardation of Fetus Treated Mainly by “Granule for Pregnancy Hypertension”

应用益气健脾、调血安胎为主的妊高冲剂 ,辅以解痉、降压等西药治疗妊娠高血压综合征引起的胎儿宫内生长迟缓 (IUGR) 93例。结果 :治疗组有效率达 89 2 % ,与单纯西药治疗对照组(80例 )比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ;孕妇体重、宫高、腹围增加速度均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,新生儿体重亦明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,感染、颅内出血、死亡等并发症发生率则明显低于对照组。

93 cases of intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR)of fetus were treated by“Granule for Pregnancy Hypertesion”,prepared in accordance with the principle of invigorating qi and spleen and regulating blood to nourish fetus,as well as antispasmodic and hypotensor.The effective rate was 89 2%,and compared with that of control group treated by simple western medicine,there was a great difference between the two groups (P<0 01) .Moreover,increasing speed of gravidas weight,uterine height and abdominal perimeter were larger in treatment group than in control group(P<0 05);new born weighed heavier in treatment group than in control group(P<0 05);the incidence of infection,intracranial hemorrhage and death was lower in treatment group than in control group.
