摘要
为探讨还元注射液 (黄芪、生地黄等组成 )治疗急性脑出血的作用机理 ,采用玻璃微电极细胞外记录法 ,观察S .D大鼠脑出血造模前、后血肿周围区域丘脑外侧背核 (LD)和丘脑外侧腹核 (VL)神经元细胞外自发放电频率与数目的变化以及还元注射液对其影响。结果 :造模后 4h ,模型组LD、VL神经元细胞外自发放电频率和数目均较造模前明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,还元组自发放电频率和数目与模型组比较均明显增加 (P <0 .0 1 )。提示还元注射液具有保护实验性脑出血大鼠血肿周围区域神经元功能的作用。
To investigate the mechanism of Huanyuan injection (composing of astragalus and rehmannia,etc)in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage,extracerebral glass microelectrodes recording method was used to observe the spontaneous discharge frequencies and numbers at nuclous lateralis dorsalis thalami (LD) and nuclous ventralis lateralis (VL) thalami around hematoma in SD rats with cerebral hemorrhage.Results showed that,4 hours after modeling,the discharge frequencies and numbers at LD and VL reduced more greatly than before modeling in model group( P <0.01);in Huanyuan group,the discharge frequencies and numbers became much more than in model group( P <0.01).The result revealed that Huanyuan injection was effective to pretect the function of neuron around hematoma in rat with experimental hemorrhage.
