江西工业园区土地集约利用:基于灰色关联度分析

在大力发展工业推动区域经济发展的同时,江西工业园区土地资源集约利用程度却普遍偏低,从而遏制了工业的加快发展与转化升级.通过灰色关联度分析,发现江西省工业园区土地引致需求主要在于招商引资,其它的经济效益指标包括工业增加值、投产工业企业数和从业人员都居于比较次要的地位.研究说明江西省工业园区土地资源集约利用具有粗放型的倾向,集约程度较低.因此,需要在规划控制与产业政策方面进行严格管理,从而提高工业园区的土地集约利用程度.

The intensity utilization degree of industrial park land in Jiangxi which hinders the industry in our province from fast developing and upgrading Province is generally low, Based on the grey correla- tion analysis,we find that the major demand for the industrial park land in Jiangxi Province is to attract and invite investments ,while the other economic indices including industrial added value ,the number of enterprises and practitioners are only in a minor position. The research reveals that the utilization of industrim park land in Jiangxi Province is extensive rather than intensive. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the industrial park planning,control and industrial policy in order to improve the intensity utilization of in- dustrial park land.
