临床护理路径对糖尿病患者心理和生活质量的应用研究

Clinical nursing path on the psychological and quality of life of patients with diabetes

目的:探讨临床护理路径对糖尿病患者心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法:将我院104例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和试验组各52例,对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者给予临床护理路径,比较两组患者护理干预10 d后的心理状态和生活质量。结果:试验组患者焦虑、抑郁状态降低,生活质量提高,健康教育知识合格率、护理满意度及住院天数明显优于对照组。结论:采用临床护理路径能够提高糖尿病患者的生活质量,降低其并发症发生率,值得在护理工作中应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical care path on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with diabetes.Methods： 104 cases of hospital patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group have 52 cases,control group patients treated with conventional nursing,the experimental group were treated with the clinical nursing path,between the two groups of patient nursing intervention in the psychological status and quality of life of 10 days.Results：Experimental group of patients with anxiety,depression decreased,improve the quality of life,health education,nursing satisfaction qualified rate and length of hospital stay is significantly better than the control group.Conclusion： The clinical nursing path to improve the quality of life of diabetic patients,it is worth application in nursing work.
