图片式功能锻炼指导在老年股骨骨折术后病人中的应用效果探讨

Discuss the application effect of picture type guidance of functional exercise in elderly femoral fracture patients

目的:探讨老年股骨骨折病人术后护理与康复措施。方法:选择2010年1月～2011年3月在我院骨科住院治疗的56例老年股骨骨折病人为研究对象,随机将其分为干预组和对照组各28例,两组病人均给予骨科术后常规护理,干预组则在此基础上给予图片式功能锻炼指导,比较两组病人住院天数、住院费用、满意度情况。结果:两组病人在住院天数、住院费用及满意度方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结合图片进行功能锻炼指导可提高病人理解力,有利于促进其康复。

Objective：Probe into the postoperative nursing on rehabilitation measures of the elder patients with fracture of femur.Methods：56 patients with instable intertrochanteric fractures which were hospitalized in our orthopaedic department from January 2010 to March 2011 were chosen as our research objects.The 56 chosen patients were randomly divided into the interventional group and control group,each group have 28 cases.The orthopaedic postoperative conventional nursing were given to the two groups patients.The intervention group on the foundation were given a picture of functional exercise guidance.To compare the length of stay in hospital,hospital costs,satisfaction of patients in two groups.Results：Two groups of patients in hospital length of stay,hospital costs and customer satisfaction has significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combining with functional exercise guidance may improve patient understanding,promote their rehabilitation.
