急性冠状动脉综合征患者急诊救治的护理体会

Nursing experience in emergenc treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome

目的:总结急诊科救治急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者的护理经验。方法:分析200例ACS患者在急诊救治过程中的护理措施。结果:200例ACS患者均得到迅速及时的抢救、正确的诊治,187例痊愈出院,13例患者在发病后4～24 h内死亡,。结论:对急性冠状动脉综合征患者应迅速及时的抢救、正确的诊治,及早缓解病痛,同时为入院后的进一步介入治疗和冠状动脉内支架术赢得了宝贵的时间,提高了患者的生存率。

Objective： The purpose of this study was to gain insight into how nurses work well in emergency department（ED） in rescuing and nursing care of patient with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods：200 cases of ACS in emergency department were studied by retrospective analysis.Results：200 acute coronary syndrome patients obtained rapid and timely rescue,diagnosis and correct treatment,187 cases were cured,13 cases were death at the onset of the disease within 4-24 hours.Conclusion：For the patients with acute cornoary syndrome we should rescue rapidly and timely,dianose and treat correctly,abate ailment as quickly as possible,meanwhlie win the precious time for interventional therapy and coronary artery stenting after admission,improve the existent rate of patients.
