通过总结42例口腔颌面恶性肿瘤扩大切除联合颌颈淋巴结清扫术患者的围手术期护理,认为良好的心理护理,对消除患者恐惧、悲观和焦虑心理具有重要的意义;术后严密观察病情变化,做好呼吸道的管理、引流管的护理、皮瓣的观察与护理、口腔护理、饮食护理等,对防止并发症的发生、促进患者早日康复起着关键的作用,减少了术后并发症,保证了手术的成功。

Through expanded summary on 42 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor excision combined with cervical lymph node dissection in patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery during perioperative nursing.Concluding that the good psychological nursing has great significance on patients with elimination of fear,anxiety and pessimistic.Make close observation of disease after operation,make nursing care of respiratory management and drainage tube,flap of the observation and nursing care,oral care,diet and so on.It plays a key role to prevent complications,the promotion of early rehabilitation on patients.It can also reduce postoperative complications,and ensure the success of surgery.
