急诊护理操作实施风险管理的探讨

Discussion on the application of risk management in emergency nursing

目的:探讨急诊护理操作实施风险管理的临床价值。方法:2010～2011年在我院急诊科实施急诊护理操作风险管理,并观察其效果。结果:实施风险管理前受理投诉15例,实施风险管理后受理投诉2例,较实施前明显降低,取得了护患双方互利的效果,护士风险意识明显提高,自我保护意识也得到了加强。结论:急诊护理操作实施风险管理能有效改善医患关系,提高急诊护理质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of the emergency nursing operations implementation of risk management.Methods：From 2010 to 2011 in our hospital emergency department,the implementation of emergency nursing operational risk management,and to observe its effect.Results： After implementation of risk managent,to obtain nursing suffering from the effects of mutually beneficial,significantly increased the risk awareness of nurses,self-protection awareness has also been strengthened,and before the implementation of significant difference.Conclusion： The emergency nursing operations,the implementation of risk management can effectively improve the doctor-patient relationship,to improve the quality of emergency nursing.
