布洛芬治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭24例临床分析

摘要 由于早产儿动脉导管壁肌肉收缩能力差，生后导管常不能很快闭合，出现左向右分流和左室容量负荷过重而发生充血性心力衰竭，危及生命。因此，及时关闭动脉导管有助于改善早产儿的缺氧，控制心衰，降低死亡率。近年来，笔者应用口服布洛芬治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭，疗效满意，报告如下。
