摘要
在分析图书馆创新服务内涵的基础上,介绍图书馆服务创新的背景; 通过大量的文献和实践调查,从服务内容和方式的创新、服务技术和手段的创新简述了高校图书馆的服务创新。其中服务内容和方式的创新包括面向教学科研需求的服务创新、面向校园文化需求的服务创新和面向社会服务需求的服务创新; 服务技术和手段的创新包括依托实时快捷的交流工具实现服务创新、通过现代化通信手段实现服务创新和开展智能化、个性化信息推送实现服务创新。
After analyzing the connotation of library service innovation, the background of which is first introduced in the paper. With substantial literature reviews and practice surveys, a brief statement of services and innovative ways, innovative technologies and means is given. Services and innovative ways are concerned with service innovations for the needs of teaching and research, campus culture and social service; innovative technologies and means are concerned with achieving service innovation with real-time and efficient communication tools, modern means of communications and intelligently personalized information-push.
