This paper illustrates the design process of the basement on which the advanced conveyor belt is in the pilot production of a college in Baotong. In the design process of which is restricted a lot, it clarified how to do well in achieving both the function and the outer style as well as emphasizing that the design must be focused on the circumstances in the present.
