Survey of the basic situation of the recognition of hospital infection prevention and controlling of doctors and nurses in town hospitals and the effect by training in Sichuan

目的调查四川省乡镇卫生院医务人员医疗废弃物处理与消毒质量认知基础状况,并在此基础上了解短期培训对乡镇卫生院医务人员医疗废弃物处理与消毒质量认知的影响。方法采用问卷调查结合知识培训的方法,调查绵阳、丹棱10个乡镇卫生院医务人员医院医疗废弃物处理与消毒质量认知情况。按照国家规范相关内容,对乡镇卫生院医务人员进行培训,比较培训前后医务人员医疗废弃物处理与消毒质量认知上的差异。结果乡镇卫生院医务人员对医疗废弃物处理及消毒质量认知基础情况调查时,问卷答题正确率均不高。培训后,总体答题正确率高于培训前,但经济水平较好的绵阳市培训前后无差异,经济水平较差的丹棱县培训后答题正确率高于培训前。结论短期培训作为提升认知水平的干预手段,能够弥补乡镇卫生院医务人员基础知识,但很难迅速、全面提升医务人员的专业知识水平。

Objective To survey the basic situation of the recognition of medical trash treatment and disinfection quality of doctors and nurses in town hospitals in Sichuan, and to search the influence on the recognition after training. Methods We used the questionnaires and did the training. We surveyed the basic situation of the recognition of medical trash treatment and disinfection quality of doctors and nurses in town hospitals in Mianyang and Danling. After training and gathering data, we compared the difference between pre-training and after training. Results The basic situation of the recognition was not very good in both Mianyang and Danling. The situation after training was better in total. But in Mianyang with better economic condition, there was no difference between pre-training and after training, While there was difference in Danling with worse economic conditionConclusion Short-time training could make up the recognition basicly, and could hardy improve the recognition to a higher level immediately.
