摘要
目的探讨松龄血脉康胶囊对高脂血症患者血清同型半胱氨酸的影响。方法高脂血症患者80例分为治疗组与对照组各40例,在基础治疗基础上,治疗组加用松龄血脉康胶囊治疗,对照组加用脂必妥片治疗。结果经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率75.0%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组同型半胱氨酸含量治疗后都有明显下降,但是治疗组的下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论松龄血脉康胶囊治疗高脂血症能有效提高疗效,同时降低同型半胱氨酸含量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Songling xuemai capsules on the serum homocysteine in patients with hyperlipidernia. Methods 80 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups-the treatment group and the control group, 40 objects from the treatment group received Songling xuemai capsule treatment,while the control group treated with Zhibituo film. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95.0% and 75.0% respectively（P 〈 0.05）. No difference of the homocysteine level existed at the baseline between the two groups, after treatment, the homocysteine level were declined in both of the groups ,while the homocysteine level of the treatment group was significantly decreased than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Songling xuemai capsule can effectively improve the curative effect of lipid lowering therapy and reduce serum homocysteine levels as well.
