摘要
目的探讨松龄血脉康胶囊对2型糖尿病患者微循环的影响。方法 60例2型糖尿病患者在胰岛素强化治疗的基础上,口服松龄血脉康胶囊1月,观察治疗前后微循环各指标的变化。结果治疗后,患者血液流变学、甲襞微循环及微循环指标明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论松龄血脉康胶囊能有效改善2型糖尿病患者的微循环,延缓微血管病变的发生。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Song ling Xuemaikang Capsule on microcirculation in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes who received intensive insulin therapy were treated with Song ling Xuemaikang Capsule for 1 month. The parameters of hemorheology and microcirculation, nail fold microcireulation were evaluated at the baseline and after treatment. Results The parameters of haemorheology and the microeircnlation, nail fold microeirculation were significantly improved compared with the baseline（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The microcireulation of type 2 diabetes could be improved by Song ling Xuemaikang Capsule, preventing the microangiopathy deterioration.
