Subject risk evaluation for national S&T planned projects based on three-class principal-agent model and BP neural network

对国家科技计划项目中多个行为主体之间的多层委托代理关系结构进行了分析,提出了项目主体风险的概念,建立了基于三层委托代理模型的国家科技计划项目主体风险评价指标体系,并应用BP神经网络算法进行了实证分析.

This article first analyzes the structure of multi-class principal-agency in the national S＆T planned projects, and provides the conception of project subject risk. Then we set tip an index system of subject risk evaluation for national S＆T planned projects. In the end, an empirical study applied to national S＆T planned projects is given.
